Instructions
Run the frozen açaí packets under warm water for 10–15 seconds to slightly soften them. This makes it easier to break the contents into the blender.
In a high-speed blender, combine softened açaí puree, frozen banana, frozen mango, almond milk, and agave nectar (if using). Start blending on low, gradually increasing to high speed.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. The texture should be thick—think frozen yogurt consistency. If it struggles to blend, add a tablespoon more almond milk at a time.
Spoon the açaí mixture evenly into 2 bowls, using the back of the spoon to smooth the surface and create a gentle swirl for visual appeal.
Add toppings in rows or mounds: start with granola, then layer on banana, strawberries, blueberries, chia seeds, and finish with shredded coconut.
Notes
For a nut-free version, swap almond milk with oat or soy milk.
Try almond butter drizzle or cacao nibs for extra richness or crunch.
To intensify fruit flavor, add a few frozen pineapple pieces to the base.
